Excursions to see mussel crops in the sea in the Islote Areoso from Isla de Arosa
Víctor Vidal, who is a marine tourism guide, offers you an exclusive adventure to get to know the most authentic things about Galicia, such as the cultivation of mussels in the Ría de Arosa and learn yourself the technique of putting the baby mussels on ropes. Embark towards the mussel farming areas in the sea from one of the most unique municipalities of Pontevedra, such as the Island of Arosa and its emblematic bridge that connects it to the mainland, and take the opportunity to visit the natural area of the Islet of Areoso during the excursion and the operation of the different fishing tools.
This excursion is from Monday to Sunday and from May to October. No matter how many people you are unless you are not more than 4, because it is a fixed price, and the excursion is not shared with anyone else. Plus, it includes a free mussel tasting.
The excursion can also be done from 9 am to 11:00 am. (in this case you must notify beforehand).
